Fees and Services
We work with individual from adolescence to adult with a full range of presenting issues.

Counselling Services:
We work with you to find the right fit for your needs. It's important to our counselling team that you experience a safe and accepting atmosphere; feedback is always welcome as we work through the process together.
- No Fee 15 minute Phone consults and In between session Chat available (check your counsellor for availability)
- Individual sessions for youth, students and adults.
- Online and in person sessions available.
Session fees*:
- Students $130
- Individuals $130-150
- With an intern $80-$120
- Supervision/ Professional Consultation $160
- Rates will effective as of January 1, 2026. (consult with your counsellor for details)
*Sessions are 55 minutes in length.
Payment:
Payment is accepted by cash, credit card, debit or E-transfer at time of the session.
Please allow 24 hours notice for Cancelations so the counsellor can schedule someone else.
Insurance plans:
- Please check with your policy or with your insurance provider to verify that the therapist you would like to see if covered by your plan.
- Our counsellors are Canadian Certified Counsellors registered with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association.
- EAP is covered through Arcora Human Resources, ComPsych, HumanaCare, Victim Services, Social Services, SGI, RCMP and Veteran Affairs.
